Cancellation Policy
Due to the costly manor of last-minute cancellations, I ask for notice no less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If cancelling within 24 hours but before the appointment window, you will be charged a fee of $50 CAD (not applicable to the free 15-minute consultations). No shows will be charged the full out of pocket fee for their appointment (only applicable to the 1 hour 1:1 session). If you are a no show for a scheduled appointment from the 3 month plans you will be charged a fee of $50 CAD. * All sales for Birch & Body Holistic Nutrition are final and non-refundable.
